Holes in roof panels
Shelves connect to 12 points on back wall, making it extremely rigid. That big wall no longer bows at all in the wind!
Back wall screwed-down, with Z-clips taped.
To secure panel and deposit water into gutter.
10K BTU vent-free LP heater w/thermostat (HearthRite HR10TL) mounted to scrap of TechShield board.
Lath screws at center of all braces (walls & roof) to keep panels from bowing-out!
Ratcheted wall & re-tightened #30 braces to maximize panel snug-ness.
Had to install panels in the evening when the wind calmed. Doors still not done.
Almost ready for panels now.
Ridge is up.
Support crown while attaching other end.
Don\'t try to build roof on the ground!!!
Walls are up.
Original overlapping braces don\'t work!
Add diagonal braces to corner posts right away!
Site is lumpy and rocky.
Landscape timbers over weed block fabric.
Groove accepts frame lip and holds it down securely.
Timbers keep metal framing both Vertical and Square.
Adding fill, and one unruly timber.

Vertical supports are 3/4\" galvanized pipe. Horizontal are 3/4\" EMT conduit. Galv. fitting threads were ground-down so EMT would pass-thru, except for shelf supports which screw-in to fittings and then rotate into position.
Cattle panel (2\"x4\" mesh) used for shelves. Side polycarb panel was removed to get lower- and middle shelves into position. Back wall moves not at all now!
Welded 1\" brackets to inside of shelf support pipes (3/4\" EMT conduit).
Nice temporary door lock-down; a big paper clip!
A bushing and a coupler are required to mate heater\'s 3/8\" FPT to the 1/4\" Mr. Heater propane hose.
5\' hose barely reaches heater inside. A PVC elbow (not seen) protects hose as it passes under foundation. \"Fake rock\" will cover this to keep water out of regulator vent.
Platform protects (fragile?) metal door track.
Two 3/4\" EMT conduits pull-in walls and keep ridge straight.
Roof trusses slide-in to bolts pre-installed to crown/ridge.
Electric cable \"staples\" support end-panels. Shown here in back wall, where panels get screwed-down, but they are good for above doors.
Raised crown with bolts/nuts pre-installed, allows easy attachment of roof trusses one-by-one.
